I’m John Jordan: Solutions Engineer

I design and build secure integrations between enterprise platforms, connecting systems like Intercom, Salesforce and Zendesk with end-to-end encrypted data workflows across AWS, Azure, and GCP infrastructure.

My focus has been integration architecture and cloud security, but I also build full-stack web applications, and I’m currently exploring ML/acoustic modeling for low-resource languages.
